I’m a Brevard native and an experienced physical therapist with over 30 years of clinical practice. After earning my Bachelor of Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University. My career has taken me across the country, relocating often due to my husband’s military service, before ultimately bringing us back home to Western North Carolina, where we now live on our multigenerational family farm.
I hold advanced certifications in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management and specialize in the evaluation and treatment of dizziness, balance disorders, and concussion recovery. Earlier in my career, I worked extensively with patients recovering from complex neurological conditions. That experience continues to influence my clinical approach, combining advanced clinical reasoning, individualized treatment, and a deep appreciation for the challenges patients face when symptoms persist or don't follow typical patterns.
